Terms & Conditions for Event Partner and Venue Collaborations

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between SeriousFun Productions LLC ('we,' 'our,' or 'us') and any venue or event planning partner ('you' or 'Partner') engaging in a revenue-sharing agreement through our Partnership Program. By participating in the program or reselling our services, you agree to the following terms
2. Partnership Scope
This agreement applies exclusively to the resale or inclusion of SeriousFun Productions’ livestreaming packages (Essential, Pro, or Elite) offered via the Partnership Program. Packages may be quoted with or without audio services, and audio add-ons may include PA systems or microphone packages based on event needs.
3. Revenue Share Terms
Partners receive a commission on the net package price (excluding taxes or add-ons unless negotiated). Standard share rates are:

Essential: 15%

Pro: 20%

Elite: 25%
Revenue share is payable via check or ACH within 15 business days after payment from the end client has been received in full.
4. Package Customization & Pricing
All packages listed include starting prices. Final rates may vary based on:

Event duration

Site survey requirements

Travel or load-in needs
-
Add-on services (e.g., PA support, remote guests, post-production)
All pricing is subject to change without notice unless secured with a signed agreement.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a signed client agreement and a 50% deposit to confirm.
Cancellations within 7 days of event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed rate.
Force Majeure: We will work in good faith to reschedule any event impacted by natural disaster, pandemic, venue closure, or other acts beyond either party’s control.
6. Responsibilities of the Partner
Partner agrees to:

Provide accurate venue information (tech specs, load-in instructions, parking)

Notify SeriousFun of any AV restrictions or in-house policies

Assist in communication with client for scheduling, rehearsal, and setup timing
Partners are not permitted to resell or rebrand SeriousFun’s services without express written consent.
7. Liability & Insurance
SeriousFun Productions maintains general liability insurance for all production activities.
We are not liable for venue power outages, third-party AV malfunctions, or disruptions outside of our control.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in North Carolina, under state law. Both parties agree to good-faith resolution before legal escalation.
9. Agreement Modifications
